The company, hiring process, and building is just plain strange. Everyone acts like they are abused animals. Afraid to ask or answer a question that may open them up to scrutiny among coworkers. The company is basically a warehouse for Japanese Animation DVDs.

Question 1
Candidates are strung along, then told they must complete 'a packet' of assignments and upon completion will be called back in to 'defend' their work and answers.
