Basic questions like what do you do in such and such situation. What is your schedule like, do you have childcare, reliable internet anc computer. Waste of time if your two references dont answer the phone.

The interview process was simple. Youll complete a typing test while on video chat with the interviewer. If successfully passed, I’m assuming they’ll conduct your references check. If all references check out you’ll then on to the next part of the interview process which is 2 days training & if successfully completed an offer letter is extended to you
