Has to be one of the most negative experiences I've had. I was strung along for more than 3 months with the opportunity, had gone through 9 different interview rounds and a presentation that took me a weekend to frame and that had 5-6 people of various seniority levels attending only to get ghosted later on! The panel was good and the conversation themselves were good which was what piqued my interest. But the management seems to lack decisiveness. A humble advice is to create a recruiting criteria/bar so that interviewees are not strung along until you reach a critical mass of people interviewing. It's a total disrespect of the interviewee's time.
