Unorganized, interviewers were mostly new at conducting interviews and mostly chit chatted about the industry and perks of the company. Also was asked generic questions about my own likes/dislikes rather than info about the position or past roles.

I was asked to come in for an onsite interview to at first meet with 3 people, but really ended up being 5. It went from a 2 hour window to 3 hours. I found that they have no respect for your time. They kept me waiting in a tiny conference room for 30 mins. The people that interviewed me were for the most part nice. After the interview, I was asked for my references. They contacted my references that same day. I was asked come in a day later to meet with someone else and I asked if we could shift the time by 10-15 mins, they ended up ghosting me. The following week, I don't hear from them. I figured that they probably went with another candidate, I sent the recruiter an email thanking them for the interview. I get a reply back saying that they went with another candidate. There is more that I can say but I wont...my overall experience with them was unsettling and I think in the long run I'd rather not work for a company that plays games with potential candidates.
