Promised to give feedback on the result but failed to give an updated. It's common practice for talent acquisition team to not give feedback to failed applicants but when they commit to give feedback then they should do so as a show of respect to other people's time and effort. Moreover, the requirements of the job they posted suddenly changed making it the reason for disqualification. The TA was friendly and did not exhibit any unreasonable pressure through. It's just too bad they failed to keep their commitment to give feedback.
