HR/internal recruiter was fantastic to work with, very personable and kept me up-to-date on steps through the process.
The team I interviewed with were also all very friendly and I could imagine myself working with them, and I was excited to possibly be given an offer.
However, after going through 4 interviews (1st was a phone call with the HR person, 2nd was a video chat with the hiring manager, 3rd was with two other team members and the hiring manager again, and 4th was with the CISO) I was called almost a month after this process started only to be told they decided to not hire for the position at all.
To be honest, I felt disrespected and disappointed because I invested time and energy into these multiple interviews only to be told at the end that they were no longer hiring, and I'm sure there were other candidates who felt the same. I was even asked twice during the process if I was currently being interviewed or considered for other positions, so it seemed they wanted to move quickly.
I'm sure Rippling is a good place to work, however this left a bad taste in my mouth and I would be wary of any possible offers from them in the future.
