Riptide Software interview questions

Received an email from an HR person to set up an in person interview. Was not clear if the interview was with Riptide or Phoenix. Had to do additional research before the interview to confirm. The interview process was straight forward, was told that I would hear back in a week but I have yet to hear anything yet (4 weeks). Does not seem like a bad company to work for, if selected.

I was recommended by an employed friend and introduced via email we greeted and set up a time to meet in person. It was a simple one-time sit down and talk about your experience and what you're looking for. They gave me their decision within a couple days and I came in to sign the paper work and that's it.
