Interview
The owner is great he does allow you're creative flow. If you are generating numbers he allows you to go for it. He will listen to your idea's. It is a small business with larger numbers.

Question 1
Need to take employment studies test. Offer is reasonable. I initially signed on for a Producer role but the training was lacking ended up falling back on my account services role which with the employee bonus system was still not so bad.
