Rite Aid Front End Associate interview questions

The application and interview were simple and brief. However, waiting for the background check took nearly a month! I was told that this was due to someone being on vacation, but I've noticed that this part of the process causes hiring delays in general.

I applied through a friend who was the assistant manager (basically second to the store manager at our location). I filled out an application and was hired the moment the application reached the store manager. No interview necessary.
