First I had an interview with a recruiter over the phone. Then I had to meet with the pharmacy manager and was offered the job on the spot. The process was fairly simple.

Give me a time where you were dealing with an irate customer? What did you do and what was the solution?
Standard interview process. Asked about myself and my experience. Typical questioning about pharmacy background. Wasn’t very long process. Went well no complaints that I can remember. Thank you very much.

A short 5-10 minute interview with the pharmacist manager. They may ask you about your math capabilities, but overall short. No multiple rounds or excessive prying of the candidate. Overall, quite simple.
