The recruiter joined the interview 20 minutes late without notice, then never replied to my follow-up email. I later received an automated rejection message. The lack of communication and courtesy reflected poorly on the company’s hiring process.

Interview
Whatever you do don't mess up as this company isn't very understanding. They sent mean invite for a third interview, and it said 10am. Accepted the invite but showed 10am (MST) vs 10am (CST). They ended up not rescheduling because they were worried about my lack of detail. May be true but I'm sure they never missed a meeting before!
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rittal (Plymouth, England)
