I had an initial telephone interview that lasted for about 10 minutes. They asked me about myself, what competitors Rituals have, and what good customer service looks like. I was then invited to an in person interview. They asked more detailed questions about how would I handle different situations with customers, times where I had showed ownership and initiative. I was asked to sell a product to the interviewer, I chose a hand cream. I explained the texture and the scent. Then, we had a more general conversation about my hobbies.

Initial screening phone call then face to face interview. Face to face interview included 15 minutes of me interacting with customers which I wasn't told about before the interview took place.
