Interview
The whole hiring process took pretty long. I applied through their website in the beginning of August and got emailed back in late August. I went through 2 rounds of interview: one with the hiring manager and one with the Director of HR. Both were very respectful and polite!

Interview
Once they found out that I excel at numbers they were more than happy to hire me. As it turns out most people don't want to work the evening shift so it seemed to be a good fit for me.

Would I be willing to work nights? And since I prefer to work nights this wasn't a problem at all. They also asked me if I was good at numbers which I am exceptional at.
