I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ritz-Carlton (Tysons Corner, VA) in Sept 2012
Interview
It was very relaxed. Just be yourself and don't hesitate. They want to make sure they hire someone dedicated to their customers, be very dedicated to the satisfaction of guests. Make sure you actually want to help people and are flexible and dependable. Remember a hotel runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and sometimes you risk not spending some holidays with your family. But that is what you are signing up for. Flexibility is going to be very important and so is being on time.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ritz-Carlton
Interview
I applied online and took an assessment. A few days later, I got a call from the spa director for a phone interview. She set me up for an interview the next day. When I came to check in with the concierge, everybody was very courteous and professional. An employee escorted me to the spa and the spa concierge escorted me to the waiting area. The interview consisted of all behavioral questions. The dress code was business casual. The spa director actually followed up with me sooner than she told me she would which was nice. Even though I did not get the job, I have a lot of respect for this company and their professionalism.
