I applied through Rivian website and was contacted a couple of days after by a senior recruiter. Phone screen interview experience was really good. Questions mostly regarding about experience and he checked if I can do some of the duties listed in the job description. Senior recruiter was very prompt in updating me about the result of the interview. Overall a good experience.
