1. Introductory Call From Recruiter where you would be asked why rivian, your current job breif, salary and relocation expectation, will be explained about the position and job requirement and expectations.
2. Technical Round with Manager
3. Panel Interview
4. Final Round with Senior Manager
Average Length of Process 4-6 Weeks.

Recruiter call
HM virtual meeting basic engineering questions about production line and equipment. And behavior questions . Not difficult just I was just not prepared as I'm just wondering how the market look

Interview
Recruiter never showed up or followed up after setting up an interview for several weeks. Easy STAR based behavioral situations but lack of active communication from the recruiter really put me off.
Recruiter interview followed up by manager interview. Presentation to panel. Then individual interviews with each member followed up by a final interview with the director. Good processed though very time consuming.
