Easy. Technical but much more focused on behavioral. If your ideology matches with the team, you are in.
A lot of stages in the process where you get to meet with people from cross-functional teams. But interview is both sided: you can ask a lot of questions also to get to know team better

Interview
I applied for the job online. After a few days they replied back to set a phone interview. The first interview was a screening so just simple, went over the resume and experiences to make sure I was a good fit for the job.
