One 2-hour interview that included behaviorals and small technical questions (resume-based, not Leetcode, no live coding)
They seemed to really emphasize team fit and past projects

Interview
The screening was chill and just asked about projects on my resume. The first interview asked C questions about my project and also high voltage experience. A few technical questions were asked but nothing very complicated.
Applied online. Recruiter reached out with a time window for three back-to-back team-based interviews, all scheduled closely together to assess fit and collaboration with different team members. Nice people overall.

The interview process consists of a 15 minute recruiter phone call, 1 hour behavioral interview, then a 1 hour technical interview where you answer 1-2 questions depending how fast you get the first one done.
