It was a pretty easy process. There was a initial phone interview with HR and then there was a one-on-one 45 minute interview with an employee and then a 2 hour interview where I had to present some of my prior experience. I had a friend interviewing for the same position as me and we would receive emails at different times.
The interviewers were very kind and friendly. A lot of technical questions and engineering fundamentals. Some were very conversational and to do with their compass values. Ask a lot of questions back to them.

I had one HR phone interview followed by a technical presentation + three technical interviews. I had close contact with the recruiter, who called me about basically everything, including that I didn't get the job.

A two step process: 1. Phone Call with the recruiter and discussed about the overall company, availability, compensation and my biggest achievement as a mechanical engineer 2. 3 hour long interview with 3 different panelists who were directors and managers. Was also asked to prepare a ppt on my biggest technical achievement All panelists were very kind and enthusiastic and listened to me patiently. Overall a very good learning experience
