Interview
The interview process was drawn out. By the time I got to the final offer it was lower than what we originally agreed too and would of taken longer to potentially go back and renegotiate the offer I agreed too originally.

Question 1
Standard google questions asked for program manager.
Rivian has a multi layer interview process. The first interview is with the recruiter. If you pass that, you move onto the hiring manager. The last layer is a panel interview that can range from 3 to 6 people. Each member of the panel has a focus on a different aspect (i.e. cultural fit, technical, etc) and the questions will bounce around. Be prepared to pivot constantly during the interview.
