5 rounds for an entry level customer service job that pays horribly. Biggest waste of time, After getting to final stage, the person who interviewed me was a random recruiter who did not carry the same energy as the rest of the interviewers. The interviewer was in a call center and I could barely hear her with all the noise in the background.
First interview is usually through zoom. For this role a basic assessment is extended to see how you would respond to certain scenarios. At the time, first interview was with a recruiter, second one was with team managers, and third was with the department head.
