I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rivian (Kansas City, MO) in Feb 2022
Interview
A recruiter from Rivian reached out to me, wanting to set up an interview. After a few basic questions over email, they sent across a bundle of NDAs and other documents to sign.
The interview process itself was relatively painless, being remote with a couple of Rivian representatives. Ultimately, the role wasn't a good fit, and I declined further interviews.

Question 1
Being a first round interview, most questions for fairly low-level. It was a lot of 'get to know you' type questions. They did ask specifically how I felt that my own experience would be useful at Rivian.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rivian in Mar 2023
Interview
Applied online and received a follow up for a phone screen a few hours later. The recruiter that called me was so unprofessional, she left me with a bittersweet taste about the company. I couldn't ask any questions and just hang up on me after she gave her speech about the position. The interview lasted 15 minutes at most. I'm not new to the interview world, I've been doing it for a while and this recruiter didn't even give a chance to showcase my abilities. I was just a number that she needed to add to her list. Very dissapointing
