They quickly responded to my application with a phone screen and then I was set up with a half hour interview with the hiring manager. They did not give any feedback or have any personal contact in connection with ultimately declining to move forward.

Interview
Interview with direct report was professional - however, recruiting team does not have it together. There were multiple recruiters from the company involved and everyone was confused about which stage I was in. Same recruiter even called multiple times asking for the same information. They also string you along without being transparent about your standing with the company. If there are other candidates in a further round, just say so?
