Zoom interview with several people, very friendly and comfortable. I was asked a series of questions, though in a very natural way . . . they were not reading from a piece of paper, as some districts have done (BH).

Lengthy process, but they need to weed out candidates in a desirable district. First went to a "speed-dating" style screening interview process, then was invited to an hour-long Ventures interview that asked behavioral questions, then an interview with the building team I was being hired for.
