Rochester Public Schools interview questions

Panel interview with teacher of classroom, mental health professional. Each read a question and rotated, all writing down answers after they were answered. Was not a very long interview. I was offered a job not long after the interview, but they definitely checked with references as they were waiting to hear back from one of them before the HR process continued.

There was no interview. I applied and invited to an introductory meeting for substitute teachers. They basically hire anyone who passes a background check and meets the minimum requirements.
