Dear Sir/Madam,
We appreciate you taking time out of your schedule and making arrangements to meet with our hiring team. We are sorry to hear our interview process did not meet your expectations. There are a few things that do concern us regarding your review. To begin with, we do not have any job openings nor jobs listed for "Senior Marketing Manager"which is more than likely why you felt like you were mislead. We are not sure where the miscommunication took place. We understand that it can be frustrating going in with the expectation that you are interviewing for a Senior Marketing Manager role and learning that this particular position is only filled from within organization. The salaries for the positions are not listed online they are discussed in the interview, so there is a little confusion on where that information came from prior to coming in for an interview.
Our "assistant" not only puts the address in the email with specific instructions and landmarks, but she also reviews this over the phone to let candidates know that we are on Meeting Street in Downtown Charleston.
Once again, we apologize that the interview process did not meet your expectations.
