      Good training for entry level sales

      Cons

      The culture was tense. I don't think it was beneficial for the team to be aggressive with each other. I know they are trying to get the numbers up and pump each other up, but it wasn't balanced.

      Great with teaching you to make sales and work well with others

      Cons

      If you like getting your check shorted from what they say they’re going to give this is the perfect job for you. They say they will give you a full 40 but looks more like 32.

      The work culture is a one of a kind here, difficult to get it anywhere else. Very hard working environment.

      Cons

      If you’re looking for a 9 to 5 this may not be for you, but the rewards here are twice as good.
