I applied online. I interviewed at Rockstar Games in Nov 2021
Interview
Couple of calls with HM for personality and fit, and then a word doc with interview questions about the specific design role they were hiring for. Overall a good process and quite streamlined, not too much waiting in between steps.

Interview
Got an interview scheduled through email, but no info, including the interview length, was provided.
The interviewer was underprepared and arrogant. The interview was mostly about how great Rockstar was and how I was not good enough.

Interview
The first stage is a video assessment, in this you're just ask some basic questions about why you want the job etc. It's a bit horrible, but I suppose it works as a filter. The next stage was talking to an internal recruiter, this gets you a bit more details on the role. I was then told there would be a design test and then meeting the team. The recruiter mentioned it would be via some coding test website, which is where things were not so good. I thought maybe this was a technical design role and just fairly in depth, as in really they wanted a programmer. I looked back through my email and I had applied for a content designer role. I just found it odd that I was clearly sent for another role than the one I though I was going for.
