Had a phone interview. They told me they would get back to me in a week. Heard nothing. Sent 2 separate follow ups to see if a decision had been made. Absolutely ghosted. Feels very rude to not just give a pretty basic answers. I spent my time to interview and talk about my job history, the least you could do is give me the common courtesy to at least tell me I am not moving on to the next round.
