Roleplay a call with the interviewer. They were a girl getting married and having phone issues that day. She called in a panic, wanting to get it fixed.

They want you to "acknowledge, align, and assure" the customer. Just state what they need done back to them, say "that must be very stressful since it's your big day," and "I'll do everything I can to fix that for you." The rest doesnt matter; they're just trying to see that you know how to talk to people.
