Very well written job posting gives an accurate and concise picture of the job role. Very thorough phone interview with HR Recruiter, it was clear that she understands the needs of the hiring manager. Very personable in person interview with IT Director. Focus was on finding the right fit for the team as much as skills and gifts. Still in process, waiting on 2nd interview call back.
