There were a total of 2 rounds-first round is phone screen and second is in person. First round with 1 person and second was with 4 people back to back. Both are behavioral interviews.

Interview
Sat with a partner and associate. Basic questions i.e why the firm, describe a time you had a disagreement and how you resolved it.
And a few specific private equity questions towards the end, i.e, what is your understanding of private equity, which types of investors are generally involved.
