Applied through an agency, was offered a competency-based interview within a week or so. Was interviewed by 2 members of staff - one HR and the other was a member of the team I had applied to join. Apparently the manager was travelling on business. Both interviewers were unfriendly and very awkward in their approach, which made the experience very uncomfortable. Less than 5 minutes each the second interviewer made a catty remark about a blotchy patch that had appeared on my chest as a result of nerves. That made me feel incredibly self-conscious, but I completed the interview to the best of my ability. I didn't hear from neither the recruitment agency nor Roscom after the interview. Had I been offered another interview, or even the position itself, I would have declined on the basis of that awful first impression.
