When they first started up it was a 3 step interview process that asked *many* illegal invasive questions including how I funded my post secondary education. A phone interview, and two group interviews (pre covid) I still feel gross about the questions that were asked years later. I’m pretty sure I didn’t get the job because I’m vegetarian as that was their only hesitation with me.
