I had breif introductory phone interview. Which lasted about 10 minutes. Then I was invited to do a in-person interview the next day. We went to a local coffee shop and chated about the postion. That lasted about under an hour. The CEO check up on one reference and the next day was offered the postion with the company.

informal and ask general questions about my work experience and school experience. The whole interview took about 30 minutes and ended with a tour of the store. They did call my references and checked my instagram.
