      I interviewed at Route 101

      Interview

I don't think I've ever had such a bad hiring (or interview) process like this in 20+ years. I had two interviews on two different occasions, both of which went great. Specifics were discussed and in both instances they gave direct feedback they wanted to work with me. In both cases they mentioned an offer and a contract - to be delivered to me asap. After both interviews they vanished. By vanished, I mean no feedback given, no emails replied and the agency (Peaple Talent) that guides the process - apparently can't reach R101 and is unwilling to provide any useful information. I can't stress this part enough - you'll be talking about an offer and "can you start next week?" or "we need to send you a laptop asap" with Route 101, only to wait literal weeks with no feedback from R101 or any thing useful from Peaple Talent. I don't mind not getting the job - there are always better candidates. But I do mind that I'm being intentionally mislead and lied to during the entire process.
