Route Mobile Java Software Developer interview questions

i got a call from one of the recruiter and they called me for the interview at their office and they made me wait for 2 hours for the interview. in the interview I did well and I got selected. and they asked for document pay slip ,increment letter and all for offer letter. after 3-4 days I got a mail from them they can not pay what they have offered me.
