Applied online, and was sent an assessment. Contacted by the Client Care Director Matthew Fishbein to schedule phone interview. Typical interview questions, asked about previous experience based on resume, what I knew about the company, what I was looking for in regards to company (culture, environment, etc.). Went on to explain the company and what the position would consist of and so on.
It was a negative experience for me because although I was told I would hear back in about a week. I never received any form of follow up, not even a reject email. I believe if you go as far as having a verbal conversation with someone, you should be professional enough to follow up.
