I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rowe Furniture (Elliston, VA)
Interview
I came into this company and completed an application. I was honestly just desperate for any type of employment and applied for a manufacturing position. It wasn't until I was being interviewed that I realized I was being interviewed for a better position. I was pleased. My previous work experience had given me an upper hand. I was interviewed by two individuals from the human resources department. I had two interview sessions on different days and on the last of the two was given a computerized testing. I was sent to the nurses station to submit to a drug screen and then was told I was hired..
