Relaxed interview with a mix of personal and technical questions to gauge ability and understanding. Included a typical motorcycle component and was asked to talk through it with reasoning, was also asked about material processes of the part and how it could be improved.
I applied through online and the process took 1 day.
Technical test consists of questions from the specific field and difficulty is moderate
Aptitude test is also there and difficulty is easy to moderate.
