2 stage process. Initial interview was an introduction to the home, second interview was formal with the home manager. The initial interview gave you a good feel for the home without pressure of a set interview, and I also found myself less nervous at the following interview because it was then familiar. Overall I was impressed by the process, it was more a conversation than an exam style interview.
