I interviewed with this company and was certainly qualified for the position. The Interview went well untill the Owner of the compnany sat in on the CA end of the conference call. He asked if I had Chldren and their ages. After the interview the recruiter told me that the owner did not want to uproot young children and move them to CA then have to uproot them again if things did not work out. Just as well. I did not want to mover to the LA area anyway.
