Rubicon Programs interview questions

I first came in and had an interview with the Director of Human Resources. It was not at all uncomfortable or intimidating. At the end of the interview she invited me to come back the following week to interview with the H.R. Manager and General Counsel, which again was an extremely comfortable and laid back interview; not like a typical panel interview. By the end of the night, my now Manager called me and offered me the position, which I gladly accepted!!

The interview was great I had met with the hiring manager for three different interviews. Just making sure you take the time to research the company and review Rubicon Values. Once the position was offered the hiring process was about 3 weeks till my actual hire date to begin.
