First there was a brief phone call with my recruiter discussing Rush background information and the salary range for the position. My recruiter was very transparent about pay right off the bat which I appreciated. Next was an interview with the Accounts Payable Supervisor, Manager, and Team Lead from the Exceptions department. I was considered for three different positions so I believe this is why I met with each of them. Details about the positions were given and I was asked about basic accounting information; what are assets and liabilities, how would you process and invoice, what is statement reconciliation etc. Do not go into the interview with out at least watching a youtube video about Accounts Payable.
