I applied online. I interviewed at Russell-Cooke Solicitors
Interview
Very informal - just a chat about my experience so far. I was also given the opportunity to ask questions. Asked what I would do if I had to communicate with a client via the phone.

How would you communicate with a client via phone?
I interviewed at Russell-Cooke Solicitors (London, England)
Interview
First stage interview post application. virtual interview pre invitation to partner interview. Was invited a week prior to the interview. one hour long. Talked through and explained aspects of my CV and work experience.
My interviewer was personable and I felt really good about it. They presented it as a 'getting to know you' interview but it didn't feel very casual and some of the questions were quite job-specific, rather than just about my experience (which was fine). Some of the questions seemed kind of random (e.g. one which was basically about how comfortable I am talking to clients on the phone and how I would make clients feel comfortable on the phone). I was surprised to not get an offer, but it was a good experience regardless.
