Super easy interview. They contacted me to schedule one, then on the day of we simply had a conversation regarding my past experience, availability and skillset. From there, the next step was simply scheduling my orientation day.

Explain your role at *insert prior work location*.
Hired in the spot, the interview took only like 5 minutes. He just asked me about myself and why I wanted to work there. They have a high turnover rate it seemed like since he didn’t even get to know me they must have really bad workers…
Filled out application and then shortly got a call to come in for interview. It was fairly easy and asked a few questions then about past experience. They hired me shortly after. It was a fast process.
