Phone screen with a external recruiter, screen with internal recruiter, in-person panel interview, shadow day with a consultant in your area. In-person interview was in the local office with 4 different people from leadership with 3 other people interviewing for the same position.

Tell us how your sales experience would translate to home sales.
The 1st step is to submit an application online and upload your resume
Next step: HR reviews the applications and chooses which candidates to interview, those candidates have an interview with a representative from HR
Third Step: you are sent a candidate questionnaire to complete that elaborates on your resume and a personality/cognitive assessment to complete
Final Step: they select which candidates to have an interview with in person or virtually. You interview with multiple individuals

I have had 4 interviews with Ryan Homes. This has been a 2 month process so far. I have not yet received a formal offer or pass. The interview was behavioral based.
