Interview
Phone screen and back and forth with recruiter via email. Phone screen went well. Then completely ghosted, even upon follow up. I understand if you don't select me, but don't ghost candidates who you interviewed.
Straight forward behavioral, get to know the candidate, relevant experience. Why Ryan Specialty, what do I know about insurance. It felt more like a conversation than interrogation. I liked my interviewer, very understanding and genuine.
The interview process took four weeks. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice. They asked common questions like why you would be interested in the role, and about relevant experience.
