Overall, it was a straight forward interview process, 2 stages, 1 on the phone and 1 in-person. Great and challenging questions were asked to bring out candidate's personality and skillset.

I applied for the job directly. There was a phone call interview followed by an in-person interview. I was asked to prepare a presentation on any security topic of my linking. I was asked few questions regarding penetration test methodology.
