Very pleasant and friendly conversation with all the information and expectations of the job I was interviewing for. The staff was very friendly when I came into the office and operation manager was there to greet and interview and answer all my questions.

I've only done the quick 15 minute interview with HR. It was a quick rundown of the position and me asking questions. Very conversational and friendly. I was given a lot of info about the position.

Applied via university career website. They called to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview itself was pretty standard - asked about past experiences on cv, what led you to apply, expected salary, talked about the program.
Afterwards, you wait and see if you contact you for the in person interview.
